1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the Seeds of Performance website. By browsing the site or submitting any form, you accept what is written here. Our consulting, training and coaching services are governed by a separate contract, agreed case by case, and not by this document.
2. What the site does
This site presents our work and lets you contact us or share a testimonial. The information published here is informative and does not in itself constitute a contractual offer.
3. Acceptable use
Please do not use the site for unlawful purposes, do not attempt to reach restricted areas, do not interfere with its normal operation, and do not submit content that is false, offensive or not yours. The forms have submission limits and automatic human verification to stop abusive use.
4. Testimonials
By submitting a testimonial, you state that the experience described is true and your own, and you authorise us to publish it with your name and role. We review every testimonial before publishing and may correct typos or decline to publish, without being obliged to explain. You may ask for a published testimonial to be removed at any time.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, images, trade marks and the methodology presented belong to Seeds of Performance or to third parties who have licensed their use to us. You may read the site and share links to it. Reproducing or reusing content for commercial purposes requires our written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or uninterrupted. We are not liable for losses arising from the site being unavailable, or from decisions taken solely on the basis of the information published here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
7. Links to other sites
The site contains links to third-party sites, such as those of our partners and social networks. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The General Data Protection Regulation also applies to the part concerning personal data. Any disputes are submitted to the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to the rights the law grants to consumers.
